First-time homebuyers in Dallas County to get a lift this summer with a 3-part seminar series
Dallas, TX – First-time home buying can be an incredibly stressful and blind process for millions of couples across America. Often without experience, insight, and support throughout the negotiation, homebuyers end up with bad investments and homes they never wanted. The Dallas County Home Loan Counseling Center, located at the 2377 N. Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, Texas, wants to change that for all prospective homebuyers in the Dallas region this summer.
Set to host a 3-part seminar series, all covering different topics related to first-time home buying, the Dallas County Counseling Center will run the seminars on July 6, 12, and 14.
“There are so many factors that go into informed first time home buying, from homeowner insurance, to the official home inspection,” said Estella Jacquez, Dallas County Counseling Center representative. “Our seminars are designed to address every question in the home buying process, and will leave all attendees more confident in the first purchase of their new home.”
All seminars will begin promptly at 5:30PM. Anyone who arrives after the start time will not be allowed admittance.
